Treatment For Panic Attacks .net!
Jan 27, 2012: I suffered for a long, long time with my panic attacks. It came to the point where I would do nearly anything to find a panic cure! Hopefully you will find what’s best for your treatment for panic attacks.
For the most part I suffered in silence, too ashamed to tell people what was happening to me for fear that they would think I was weak or somehow inadequate. But I could take the panic attacks any more, so I started to do some of my own research to get some treatment for panic attacks.
I found out that I was not alone, and that just in the United States, nearly 2% of all American adults have the same thing that I was experiencing. That means I was in the company of about 3 million other people, and that was just the people in the United States looking for
treatment for panic attacks!
I also learned that if they have not suffered a panic attack yet, they will experience some panic disorder somewhere down the line in their own lifetimes. And without any treatment for panic attacks it was just as I had suspected, having a panic disorder may be a significant health problem. Also, it is very totally different from alternative types of anxiety. Panic attacks generally come on quickly, they happen all of a sudden, and you never seem to know just exactly what provoked it, if anything at all. If you were like me, my panic attacks were very disabling at times. And in my case, my panic disorder, made me feel instantly terrified without a particular reason. I found myself having an attack, and it would be accompanied by these scary physical attributes – I mean real, physical manifestations of my attack, such as my heart racing, I would have difficulty breathing, and mostly for me, I felt very dizzy or light headed. For other folks, they actually believe they are suffering some sort of cardiac event, like a heart attack.
I also learned that left without basic treatment for panic attacks, I was susceptible to panic attacks that can strike at any moment and at any given place, such as while driving, without any type of advance warning. Several people with a panic disorder progress into very intense anxiety periods between their attack episodes. Others actually advance into “phobias”, concerning the locations, places or things when an attack took place, like shopping for example. It’s not uncommon for them to develop such a phobia about any ordinary place or location. I just could not imagine having a phobia about going to the market, but that’s just what happened to me because I had one of my most severe attacks while waiting in line at a supermarket. I was so desperate for some help, some panic treatment!
I also learned that panic attacks usually start when individuals are younger adolescents to adult, around eighteen to twenty four-years of age. Sometimes they start when a person is dealing with an increased amount of stress, for example when someone passes away, like a loved one or someone close. Probably one of the most frightening things I learned was that “anyone can have panic disorder”; however, the statistics show that women suffer with this condition more than the men do, and it can be hereditary. This is a lot of unnecessary suffering by women when there is some great treatment for panic attacks.
I tried going to my doctors, they are a big chain of hospitals here on the west coast, I won’t mention their name but their initials are KP, and they were absolutely worthless. I tried to get one of their specialized doctors or counselors to help me cope with my panic attacks, but they were of no use whatsoever. I also tried therapy, but going to 15 or 20 sessions just did not give me the immediacy I needed to get help right now, and I didn’t want to be doped up on some drugs or medications just to cope with everyday things, like going shopping in the supermarket.
However, I made this blog to tell people not to give up. Don’t suffer in silence like I did, because help is available. And you don’t have to suffer any longer while the physical symptoms take their toll on your body. I found my treatment for panic attacks in a program called Panic Away, and it’s worth a moment of your time to ready how it can help you right now. A Panic Attack Case History
As I mentioned above, I suffered from panic attacks for many years and had no reasonable treatment for panic attacks. Probably my worst panic attack came on me suddenly while standing in line, waiting to pay for my groceries at the supermarket. It started with a pit in my stomach that grew into a harsh pain in my chest. My heart was pounding, beating faster and faster until the point where I was getting dizzy and extremely light headed.
I could not control it, and I had to step out of the line and sit down on a stack of Pepsi can cases of soda. People must have thought I was odd because this woman was sitting down near the front of the grocery store on a stack of Pepsi products!
This attack was so bad that it literally gave me phobia about returning to the grocery store, especially that store, and to wait in line. I would do anything to avoid going to the store, asking anyone in my family to go for me. If I had to go, I tried to go when I though there would be absolutely no one in line, like nearly the middle of the night.
It wasn’t until I got sick and tired of doing stupid things like this that I decided to get a hold of myself, do some research and resolve this issue once and for all. I went to my health care provider, and after several visits with “specialists” I was no better off. I refused to be drugged into a near-coma state just to cope with everyday life.
It wasn’t until after I did my own research, my own due diligence, that I learned there is help! I hope that by sharing my information that you can see that you are not alone, and that you can get the help you need.
There are a lot of resources listed on our site, and out of all of them, I had tremendous success with the Panic Away system, and I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from Panic Attacks or any kind of Anxiety Disorder. With the guarantee that is offered, you have nothing to lose but your panic attacks, so don’t suffer another day and check out a treatment for panic attacks that really works.

Stress, Anxiety or Panic
I often get asked this question: how can I get treatment for panic attacks when I don’t know the difference? In other words, how do you know you are having a panic attack as opposed to an anxiety attack?
That’s a great question, and there is a difference between stress, anxiety and panic. Although the three are closely related, I thought it would be a great topic for a short article. In your effort to find the best treatment for panic attacks, here are some more definitions to the three terms, we added some specific definitions to help you determine the difference between Stress, Anxiety or Panic.
It is our greatest wish that you find the happiness and health when you get the relief you seek in the treatment for panic attacks.
